Service rate: $60.00 per hour
(minimum $40 service fee, based on one (1) technician), for home
and small office/home office (SOHO) with 5 or less computers. Should your PC or equipment
require off-site service in shop, we will arrange pick up. Mileage
(currently $0.25 per mile) will be charged for both pick-up and delivery.
Business Rate: $75.00 per hour (minimum
$50 service fee, based on one (1)
technician) and 15 minute increments.

In case you are
wondering why are prices are so low, it's because we have very little
overhead, so we're passing the savings on to you!

Service includes: Back-up of files
(My Documents, Favorites, Fonts, Desktop and any other customer
specified files (if hard drive must be removed due to OS not
functioning, an additional $15 will be charged)), reinstallation
of current OS or installation of new OS (must be purchased by customer
or through IHN Technology for the customer), all appropriate service
packs and security updates, appropriate drivers and software for
installed hardware, motherboard chipset drivers, Adobe Acrobat Reader,
Macromedia Flash and Shockwave, Java software, Quicktime, Spybot
Search & Destroy, BugOff, Microsoft Office Updates and appropriate
antivirus updates, restoration of files, delivery and hook up of PC
(mileage additional at $0.25 per mile).
Allow
3-7 days for Operating System to be reinstalled.

parts include: CD-RW, DVD, DVD-RW, Sound Card, Network Card,
Scanner, Printer, etc. |

(any service that requires us to open the computer will include this

Priority/overnight reinstallations and on-site reinstallations will be

dependant upon computer and Internet connection speeds). |

NOTE: Be sure to
backup you information to your storage drive. Should you not have that
capability, it will be necessary for us to backup your computer to our
server to secure your files and information.
NOTE: Operating System
and Software installations are products that you have purchased, or
software and/or required licenses we have purchased for you or your
company.

IHN Technology will
purchase and install any components for you. Any component over
$50.00 requires payment in advance. There will be a delivery charge
for all items.
